1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and Dewitogel (hereinafter referred to as "Dewitogel", "We", "Us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at dewitogel.cam and all associated subdomains.

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager on Dewitogel, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its provisions, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Dewitogel operates as an online gambling platform offering sports betting, live casino games, lottery products, and slot games to eligible players. The Platform accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and supports local Malaysian payment methods including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options.

Dewitogel operates under international licensing. No Malaysian government gambling licence is held or claimed. Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling activities complies with applicable Malaysian laws. These Terms are provided in English for the benefit of Malaysian users.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of Dewitogel is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the player relationship:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. Dewitogel enforces strict age verification through KYC processes. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned where legally permissible, and the matter reported as required.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under court-ordered financial guardianship, or otherwise unable to enter legal agreements are not permitted to register.
• One account per person: Each individual natural person may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false identity information is a serious violation that will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• No self-exclusion override: You must not attempt to register a new account if you have previously self-excluded from Dewitogel or been permanently banned.
• Jurisdiction compliance: You are responsible for confirming that accessing and using online gambling services is legal under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Malaysian players must independently verify their legal position with respect to the Betting Act 1953 and related legislation.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an account on Dewitogel, you must complete the online registration form providing, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and your date of birth. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Dewitogel is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and address of all players before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds. KYC verification may also be requested at any time at Dewitogel's reasonable discretion, including following unusual activity on an account.

The following documents are accepted for KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (IC), Driver's Licence, or Passport — front and back copy required.
• Proof of address: Recent utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or official government correspondence — must be dated within three (3) months of submission.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of the account holder holding their government-issued ID next to their face.
• Payment method verification: Where required, proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the account.

KYC documents submitted to Dewitogel are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Typical verification time is 24–48 hours from document receipt. Dewitogel reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals pending completion of verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Dewitogel will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify Dewitogel's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Dewitogel accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX Bank Transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or at the MYR-equivalent rate for cryptocurrency deposits.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent of MYR 30 for crypto deposits).
• Maximum deposit amount: RM50,000 per single transaction, subject to payment method limits.
• Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are credited to the player's account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Dewitogel does not charge processing fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers remain the player's responsibility.
• Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed by Dewitogel within three (3) minutes of approval under standard operating conditions. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: subject to VIP tier and account standing.
• Dewitogel does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by receiving financial institutions.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if a player has outstanding KYC requirements or if the account is under review for suspicious activity.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address specified by the player at the time of request. Dewitogel is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect or incompatible wallet address provided by the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Dewitogel offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. One bonus claim per offer, per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x means the bonus amount multiplied by 35 must be wagered in total).
• Maximum bet during bonus play: When a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is MYR 250 unless a higher cap is explicitly stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, baccarat, and blackjack typically contribute 10%–20%; live dealer games may contribute less. • Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the period specified in the offer — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Expired bonus balances and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain promotions carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. This limit is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Abuse prevention: Dewitogel reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotion terms is identified.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Dewitogel Platform across all product categories:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed after a match or event has commenced may be settled as void at Dewitogel's discretion.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds (manifest errors), Dewitogel reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at any time, even after the event has concluded.
• Minimum bet amount: RM1 per selection. Maximum stake per bet is subject to market-specific limits displayed during bet placement.
• Dewitogel offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), international football, UFC, tennis, basketball, and other sports. Market availability may vary.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness and statistical compliance.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Technical disconnections during live game rounds will be handled per the applicable game provider's rules, which are available within the game interface.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Dewitogel reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where system errors, data feed failures, or market integrity concerns are identified. Players will be notified and stakes refunded where bets are voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dewitogel Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or maintaining multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details).
• Using the Platform in any manner intended to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to obtain winnings that would not have been achieved under normal operating conditions.
• Using automated systems, bots, or any other software tools to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from Dewitogel.
• Abusing any promotional offer, including by opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or by artificially qualifying for bonus offers through coordinated play.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or accessing any part of the Platform's administrative systems.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Dewitogel staff or other platform users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Dewitogel Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of Dewitogel or its content licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, adapted, translated, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of Dewitogel. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages.

The Dewitogel name, logo, and domain name (dewitogel.cam) are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Use of these identifiers in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, damage brand reputation, or imply endorsement without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dewitogel, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on or relating to the Platform.
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Technical failures, server downtime, Internet connectivity issues, or disruptions beyond Dewitogel's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.

Dewitogel provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Dewitogel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

In jurisdictions where liability limitations are not fully permitted, Dewitogel's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total sum of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

Dewitogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its players seriously. Gambling on Dewitogel is strictly for entertainment purposes only and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time via the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to deposit limits apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Dewitogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against Dewitogel.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Dewitogel will notify the player by email within a reasonable period and conduct a fair review. Real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to verified players following the conclusion of any investigation that does not establish prohibited conduct.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Dewitogel's support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be voided. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal method within 3–5 business days of the closure request being processed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Dewitogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of material amendments, Dewitogel will notify registered players by email and/or by prominent notice on the Platform's homepage no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendments are required to comply with regulatory obligations or address urgent security issues.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.

The version of these Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time represents the currently applicable version. Archived versions of previous Terms may be requested from Dewitogel's support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dewitogel holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English, under the arbitration rules of a recognised international arbitration institution. The seat of arbitration shall be the jurisdiction of Dewitogel's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Dewitogel from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
